I love being a position that can support growth through upskilling. Whether that's at an organisational, team or individual level. When you see a problem, you find a solution – which has been my motto since I can remember. True to this commitment, as an employer I certainly had experienced what poor training looked like. So I put my money where my mouth was and did something about it. So each and every day our like-minded, passionate team, work together to do something about it! So how amazing is to be come to work and to be able to enrich lives of those we deal with through good quality upskilling and education. We have an effect on each and every life we touch, both now and in their future! Now that’s empowering and inspiring all at the one time
