I think I’m being bullied, what should I do?

Bullying in the workplace is unacceptable in any industry – Every workplace is going to be different in regards to who you report to. Your company may have an anti-bullying policy and procedure so have a look and make yourself familiar with this. If you are in a large workplace or job site I would report the bullying to your direct supervisor if this is not possible or you are not seeing a positive outcome you should report directly to the HR Department.
