How do I do my exams?

You can complete exams online and either in person or by submitting a video of you completing your assessment.

Depending on the course you may have practical and knowledge components, some will have you answer multiple-choice questions in an online exam. Some require you to do a practical assessment in front of your trainer OR video yourself and submit it in your online portal.

Every subject has a knowledge component in form of a bank of questions. All the answers are in our learning materials, but you will also benefit from some extra online research. Your trainer will explain what’s required for these assessments so be sure to pay attention and if unsure, ask!
