Yes guys you do need a supervisor for your apprentice, they will need to work with your apprentice during all work hours. A supervisor is a requirement of the Training Contract that an Apprentice is supervised by a qualified supervisor which means not just anyone can do the job, the supervisor must hold the equivalent qualification.
