Certificate 3 Guarantee

The Certificate 3 Guarantee provides eligible individuals with access to a subsidised training place in a Certificate III level qualification. This funding option aims to assist working‐age Queenslanders without a post‐school Certificate III or higher‐level qualification to complete a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification, leading to a job outcome in their desired industry or career. Those already employed in their chosen profession or industry are provided with the tools to further advance their career.

User Choice (Apprenticeships and Traineeship Funding)

The User Choice program provides a public funding contribution towards the cost of training and assessment services for eligible Queensland apprentices and trainees. This program aims to provide funding aligned to the skill needs of industry and respond to changing government priorities.

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ)

If you want to upskill in Building and Civil Construction, you may be eligible for support from Construction Skills Queensland.  FTA currently have funding for the Higher Qualification and Skills Assessment and Gap Training Programs which suits new and existing workers with relevant industry experience to undertake Recognition of Prior Learning and gap training to obtain a Nationally Recognised Qualification.

Smart and Skilled is a NSW Government initiative that helps people get training in in-demand skills and industries. The Skills List covers all qualification levels from Certificate II to Advanced Diploma and includes foundation skills, apprenticeships, traineeships, and accredited courses.
